Laundry hates me. How do I know? Because everytime I place two socks into the dryer, only one returns. Someone please tell me where do the clothing items go?

I don't know if this helps but the teller at the bank found one of my socks stuck to the middle of the back of my shirt :-) That may give insight to what happens to a pair of socks, but what happens to a pair of pants?

I started a dating service for my socks, I let the singles gather in the corner of the folding counter and wait for the perfect mate to come by. Then they are paired up and renew their commitment to one another. Sadly some have been sitting there for years but I don’t have the heart to throw them away 
